Introspection
A word to the smart:
The next time something goes wrong in any arena of your life, refrain from blaming the other party.
Do whatever it takes to calm yourself. Then, dispassionately look at the event again with the eyes of a witness instead of a victim. In more cases than you would guess, you will discover that you were the cause of the unwelcome incident.
This introspective behavior will make you stronger, and you will project a positive image into the world. Remember—once said, words of anger cannot be unsaid.
