Intention Mon Ami

Intention is power, and by power I don’t mean being in tension over any particular outcome.

Of course, I want it my way and on my schedule, but that may not be the way of things for I am part of a greater whole. I am the one who must adjust, not creation.

I have learned that if my intention on the outcome is direct and unclouded by fear, doubt, or any other negative machination, the goal eventually presents itself to me from some totally unanticipated source—this is why no thing is obvious.

There is a caveat to desire. The thing you crave may not be good for you—and, as Buddha taught us: replace slavish craving with non-attachment for a life blessed with freedom.
